The Grant Writer’s Toolbox is designed to assist Appalachian State University faculty, staff and students in the development of competitive proposals for external funding to support research, scholarly and creative activities, and teaching. This toolbox contains information about locating funding sources, writing proposals, creating budgets, and meeting compliance requirements. Also included are institutional resources and services available to facilitate the proposal development and submission process as well as sample proposals.  We want this toolbox to help you as you prepare your proposals.
