Changing Programs or Adding a Second Program
Are you interested in adding a second program or changing programs? Here are your options.
Adding, Removing or Changing to a Certificate (Enrolled Degree Seeking Students)
If you are currently enrolled in a graduate degree program at any level, then you can request admission to a certificate program as follows:
- Go meet the program director for the certificate program and discuss in advance whether you could be admitted to the program.
- Complete the Request Form and submit it to the Graduate School (232 JET). Be sure to choose the correct option on the form: Add, Remove or Change. If you choose change, you will no longer be enrolled in your current program.
- We will then send a formal request for an admission recommendation to the program director for the certificate program.
- If you are recommended for admission, we will inform you and arrange for the second program to be added to your record effective immediately.
Adding or Removing a Second Degree Program or Changing to a Second Degree Program (Enrolled Master's Students Only)
If you are currently enrolled in a master's degree programl, then you can request to add a second major/program as follows:
- Go meet the program director for the master's program and discuss in advance whether you could be admitted to the program.
- Complete the Request Form and submit it to the Graduate School (232 JET). Be sure to choose the correct option on the form: Add, Remove or Change. If you choose change, you will no longer be enrolled in your current program.
- We will then send a formal request for an admission recommendation to the program director for the certificate program.
- If you are recommended for admission, we will inform you and arrange for the second program to be added to your record effective at the beginning of the next term.
All other changes
